With my electronic signature below, I hereby agree to act as a foster care home for the Pacific Northwest Jack Russell Terrier Network Rescue, hereafter referred to as the PNWJRTN Rescue.

Under this agreement I will foster homeless dogs when mutually agreeable. I do reserve the right to decline a foster care assignment if circumstances do not permit proper care of the dog.

I understand all dogs brought into my home are to be crated, unless supervised or if unsupervised, the dog may be allowed in a secured kennel or yard. Multiple dog interactions, (any more than one), must be supervised for dog's safety. If dogs are allowed to remain unsupervised or unrestrained, no claims of damages or injuries may be made against the PNWJRTN Rescue, or any agents of said organization.

I understand that all dogs are to be handled with caution. All reasonable efforts are made to determine the temperaments of incoming dogs, but all dogs are to be handled responsibly, to prevent injuries to myself, family members and other animals. All dogs are fostered at my own risk. Any resulting injury or damage must be reported immediately to Rescue Coordinator.

All attempts will be made to fully vaccinate dogs before arrival at a foster home, unless fosterer agrees to transport dog to the veterinarian for vaccination before arrival. No guarantee of health can be made to fosterer as to the health of any dog, any signs of illness presented after entering foster care must be reported immediately and veterinary care obtained.

I agree to be be available by appointment, within reason, to meet with previously screened, potential adopters. All placements shall be cleared with Rescue Co-ordinator prior to releasing the dog. Donations and contracts are to be completed prior to release, unless otherwise agreed upon with Coordinator.
